Our ‘walking’ burns more calories than a stroll around the park: this class encompasses a series of multi-muscle moves, with movement set to the beats per minute in popular workout music. Higher muscle engagement leads to higher calorie burn and, naturally, more muscle tone – all whilst going easy on the joints! Walking is the most natural, effective way to health and wellness. It works for anyone, any age, any size, anywhere! This class is great for all fitness levels and abilities and is ideal for those who want a low-impact form of exercise.
